MOUSSE OF COOKED HAM

300 gr. of Mito di Langhirano cooked ham, 250 gr. of ricotta, 100 ml of cream, salt, pepper, and crostini, for serving

In the food processor blend the chopped cooked ham, ricotta, cream, pinch of salt and handful of pepper. Put the mousse in a serving plate and let it rest in the fridge for at least one hour, covered with plastic film. Serve the mousse with crostini.
