Our group is made up of specialized technical workers who are constantly updating on issues relating to legislation, research and development, production, quality and certification. This facility has been designed to offer to the market and customers a product that is made to measure and faithful to our tradition.

Our company employs consultants, with whom a lasting relationship of trust has been established, who are specialized in the areas of food and environmental safety, workers’ safety, and legislation. Collaboration with outside agencies and work with the University of Parma also allow us to keep our research on ingredients and ever more advanced techniques active and vibrant.
