Basing ourselves on our production standards, on quality sought in fresh meat, and the rigorous selection of ingredients (absence of allergens, GMOS, added polyphosphates, caseinates and/or lactose and milk derivates, added MSG, carrageenan, starches and gluten) we wanted to increase our range with the production of noble specialties , that is, unique products that come from careful research aimed at enhancing the more noble parts of the pig other than prosciutto.

Our roasts are made according to different modalities. Some of them are flavoured with carefully selected, natural herbs that impart the flavours typical of the territory, others are hand-tied with string, and others are encased in string nets that highlight its still entirely artisanal, gastronomic appearance. This is made still more appealing by the golden-brown look achieved through the browning process in dedicated ovens.
