The characteristic that identifies and distinguishes our cooked hams is that they are produced from bone-in, fresh, whole pig thighs, deboned on our premises with a special technique that keeps the thigh whole. All the ingredients used in the processing are rigorously selected and do not contain:

  • allergens
  • GMOs
  • added polyphosphates
  • caseinates and/or lactose and milk derivatives
  • added MSG
  • gluten
