Fibracotto

It is obtained from fresh thighs of European pigs and produced following the suggestions contained in “Guidelines for a healthy Italian diet” by the Ministry for Agriculture, Food and Forest Policies and the National Research Institute for Food and Nutrition. It is a cooked ham with dietary fibre, which combines perfectly with the delicate brine, typical of the Parma tradition.
It contains fewer calories but more fibre and it has no added sugars, making it particularly suited to people with diabetes problems. All the ingredients are carefully selected by suppliers and do not contain:

  • GMOs
  • allergens
  • caseinates and/or lactose and milk derivates
  • added polyphosphates
  • added MSG
  • gluten

It is listed in the Celiac Association Handbook and is certified according to the product standards.
